Our new ‘Employee Development Pathway’ programme, launched this month, initially comprises two bespoke training syllabi for our Remediation Division. These multi-module learning programmes will help the team develop their technical skills and achieve a broader understanding of brownfield redevelopment, client management, project delivery, and other relevant subject areas.

Both development pathways incorporate a variety of training modules within two structured learning programmes: Tier 1 (Graduate) and Tier 2 (Experienced Professional), with the courses lasting 2 and 5 years respectively.
The Tier 2 Programme also leads to a recognised qualification in either project or waste management, together with an industry recognised affiliation.
Having established this launch programme with our Remediation division, we will be looking to develop similar training programmes to support our other core service teams.
