Asbestos Site Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as Site Manager working at our Midlands & South- West region as part of our asbestos division.
Salary: Up to £47,000- £49,000 + allowances
Responsibilities
- Previous experience of asbestos removal supervisory task across a wide range of situations and sites
- Good knowledge of current H+S and asbestos regulations
- Clean Driving Licence
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Numerate, with basic commercial understanding
- Negotiation skills
- Good computer literacy is essential (Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel). Further training can be supplied if required
- Excellent organisational skills in being able to multi-task and re-prioritize at frequent intervals
- Attention to detail
- Friendly, calm and professional manner
- Ability to handle pressure and good time-management
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team
About you
- Clean Driving Licence
- SAFEguard inducted, capable of inducting SAFEguard
- Three Day UKATA internal Asbestos Abatement Supervisor Course OR Three-day External UKATA Asbestos Abatement Supervisor course.
- Mandatory regulation 22 CAR medical and valid face fit certification
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- IPAF
