Rhodar renews Investors in People accreditation

Rhodar, and our wider group, Lexia Solutions, have today announced the re-award of 'Investors in People' for a further 3 years.
Katie Metcalfe, Group HR Manager, stated: “This is the third renewal of the standard, and follows a comprehensive assessment & interviews conducted with staff across our business, by an external consultant.
As an externally assessed standard, focused on championing best practice, it was great to see the really positive responses from our employees – the feedback from this process is invaluable and helps us to continuously improve our business.
