Rhodar releases Conference 2023 video

Our 2023 National Conference event last week proved to be a tremendous success!
This year we hosted it at the superb Oulton Hall Hotel, just outside Leeds, and had over 200 colleagues and guests in attendance.
The day was broken into two parts...
...a morning of business updates from each of our core services/divisions, financial results, various insights from some of our support services teams and the first round of our interactive quiz...
...we adopted a new format for the afternoon session, with 7 guest speakers presenting their thoughts on each company Value, prior to the IPOE (In Pursuit of Excellence) Awards presentation for each one - this proved to be a great formula....and was very entertaining.
We also had the second round and the final of the teams quiz in the afternoon...always a popular highlight of our Conferences.
To celebrate the success of this year's event we have produced a short video, which we feels captures the essence of the day very nicely:
Thank you to all of our presenters during the day... and in particular to Martin Hibbert, our keynote speaker who gave an incredibly moving talk and Q&A on his recent life-journey and incredible achievements - an amazing and inspiring individual!
Our Conference rounded off with an evening gala-dinner and band/disco - the perfect ending to a special day!
Thanks also to our independent judging panel for ensuring our IPOE Values Awards went so smoothly this year: Graham Galloway, Simon Schofield, Ryan Edgell and Charlotte Blach.
