Rhodar appointed to prestigious redevelopment scheme

We are delighted to announce our appointment as enabling works contractor for the prestigious Latimer redevelopment scheme on Kirkstall Road, Leeds.
The scheme, based at a 45,000sqm riverside site, will comprise a mixed-use development, including over 1400 new homes and retail space. A new footbridge crossing the river Aire will be constructed to enhance connectivity to the south, together with a brand-new riverside park.
Our team will be supporting Latimer, by delivering the initial phase of construction, comprising asbestos removal, demolition, land remediation together with major civil engineering works.
