Rhodar 2026 IPOE Values Recognition Awards

Rhodar 2026 IPOE Values Recognition Awards – recognising exceptional staff contributions throughout the company

Posted on in Company News

Our IPOE Values Recognition Awards took place on Friday at the Rhodar 2026 Conference, where 200 colleagues and special guests came together at Oulton Hall, in Leeds.

This year’s event was particularly poignant, as Rhodar celebrates its 50th  year!

The ‘In Pursuit of Excellence’ (IPOE) programme sits at the heart of everything we do as a company, with seven key values guiding our culture and how we interact, communicate and support one another.

At each Conference, we acknowledge the contributions and stand-out performances of individuals and teams across the country through the Awards.

Open to 500+ of our staff, the awards are independently judged by a panel of external industry specialists, who joined us on the day to present each award. We received an incredible 236 nominations this year!

As always, we welcomed our seven guest speakers to provide their thoughts on what our Values mean to them, before the presentation of each award. A big thank you and well done to Andrew Grill, Claudia Titton, Ash Thompson, Laura Coward, Elizabeth Pearson, Damon Frodsham and Ali Keyhani for giving a wonderful range of thoughtful, engaging and inspirational presentations, which each set the scene perfectly for our 7 awards.

… and special thanks to our judging panel this year, Graham Galloway, Lee Bloodworth and Richard Owen, for selecting our winners and runners-up… no easy feat considering the volume of nominations we had this year!
