We are delighted to announce that Rhodar has been awarded the contract to deliver the demolition and site clearance of six former laboratory and research buildings at the University of Cambridge's Cavendish II site.
Working closely with the University's Estates Division and its development partners, our team will undertake the carefully planned demolition of the Bragg, Mott, Rutherford, Link and Kapitza buildings, together with the Microelectronics Research Centre, preparing the site for its next phase of redevelopment.
This project builds on Rhodar's extensive experience in delivering complex demolition and enabling works within technically demanding environments, with safety, collaboration and sustainability at the heart of our approach.
