It’s been just over a month since our 2026 Conference and after such a fantastic day we wanted to give you a little insight into how it all unfolded…
Once again, we hosted our Conference at the superb Oulton Hall Hotel, in Leeds, welcoming 200 colleagues and other special guests to join us on the day.
Based around our IPOE (In Pursuit of Excellence) Values, the day was packed with speeches, Guest Speakers, our ever-popular interactive quiz, awards and so much more…
…so, to celebrate the success of this year's event we have produced a short video, which we feel captures the essence of the day perfectly!:
Thank you to Andrew Grill, our keynote speaker, who gave an incredibly insightful talk based around our ‘Teamwork’ value, showcasing the benefits and pitfalls of AI and other technologies. The talk definitely encouraged us all to be a bit more ‘digitally curious’!
We’d also like to thank Jason Robinson and Cara MacGregor for joining us from the Jason Robinson Foundation, who we announced as Rhodar’s Main Charity to receive support for 2026. Jason (Robinson) also delivered a thought-provoking Q&A session on Strategy / ‘what makes a great team’ with Jason Davy, reflecting on his time with the World Cup-winning England squad and how the team’s strategies can be applied to the business.
