Rhodar’s parent company, Lexia Solutions Group has today completed the purchase of OCS Environmental Services from its parent company OCS Group.
OCS Environmental Services (OCS ES) is an established national provider of services including:
- Asbestos Removal and Management
- Scaffolding Access
- Thermal Insulation
- Protective Coatings
Following a strategic review of the OCS ES business, OCS Group concluded that the business would have better growth opportunities under new ownership and within a group of companies that possessed greater industry specialism.
This is a very positive move for Lexia Solutions Group, in particular the immediate fit with Rhodar’s asbestos removal services.
OCS ES also has a strong client base and is particularly well established in the south. This presents Rhodar with an excellent opportunity to further strengthen and expand its southern-based presence/operations.
This new acquisition will continue to operate as a separate company and will in due course be rebranded to trade as ‘Rhodar Industrial Services’.
