Working in a variety of publicly maintained buildings, including large municipal offices and leisure facilities, we carry out asbestos removal, demolition and remediation works for a range of public sector clients such as Local Authorities, Central Government: HMRC; DWP; MoJ; MoD; ESFA as well as HM Prison Services.

We understand your responsibilities

This sector covers a wide and varied property portfolio, including occupied and public environments such as schools, civic buildings, libraries, swimming pools and social care facilities. These can often be historically sensitive sites, listed buildings and CLASP buildings, requiring specialist on-site expertise.

Very much in the public eye, our work requires discretion at all times as we recognise the work we carry out contains a vested interest from a number of different stakeholders including enforcing authorities and governors to parents. We are adept at liaising with all parties, guaranteeing that all operatives are DBS checked and ensuring disruption is kept to a minimum.
