Working in a wide range of building types, with a variety of uses, from wards and labs to offices and boiler rooms, we are capable of dealing with the complex and sometimes hazardous environments the healthcare sector presents us with. This includes PFI schemes (i.e. P21+ & P22).

Working closely with the client’s own H&S teams, asbestos managers and estates teams, as well as with other contractors, we ensure our work remains low profile. Operating within sensitive, clinical locations with vulnerable people, we ensure our staff have special training on how to respond to patients, visitors and staff in these situations. We impose and adhere to security restrictions were necessary, and our teams are fully DBS checked.

Our emergency response is industry leading and we offer national coverage, 24/7 and 365 days a year, to ensure your healthcare provision is continuous. We are also skilled at providing specialist projects, such as cleaning contaminated documents, and Rhodar is a framework partner on the NHS Shared Business Services Framework (Dept. of Health JV).
