Asbestos Removal Supervisor
We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Removal Supervisor to work in the Homeworks Division in the Leeds / Manchester area.
Day rate: £136.50 to £147 depending on experience, plus the following allowances:
- £10 for working on a Bank Holiday
- £10 for working away
- £10 per night for working on nights
- £40 per day for working on a weekend
Role responsibilities:
- To supervise all types of asbestos removal and refurbishment works following safe working procedures in accordance with the Method Statement, ensuring that you comply with all company rules, policies and directives when required
- Effectively managing site paperwork (Site Diary, Completion paperwork and waste consignment notes)
- site management to ensure all works are being carried out to a high standard and complying with all H&S regulations
- Communicating to the Management team and Office Staff to facilitate the smooth running of your projects
- Previous supervisory experience within the asbestos removal industry required
- Good customer service skills, problem solving and ability to deal with complaints and on site issues
- IT literate
- Must hold a full clean driving licence
- Towing licence would be an advantage
- Willing to work and stay away from home when required
- Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
- Must work to and follow company standard procedures (Safeguard & being a welcome visitor)
About you:
