Contracts Administrator- Glasgow
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Contracts Administrator working at our Glasgow office.
Salary: £22,500 This is an office-based role
About the role:
- Recording data on internal system to track the progress of jobs, from the initial enquiry through to invoicing.
- Issuing information and paperwork for site employees, e.g. method statements and risk assessments.
- Producing invoices and issuing them to clientfor payments.
- Collating site completion documents and following up with site employees where required.
- Organisation of paperwork to ensure it is easily accessible.
- Communication with tenants and clients to schedule appointments ensuring that target dates are being met.
- Costing works and budgeting to ensure works scheduled are achieving targets.
- Providing general admin support to all ranging from director to operative.
- Following process for stages of jobs and reporting any issues to line manager.
- Using general office equipment such as photocopier/scanner, pc, and phones.
- General knowledge of computer systems i.e. Microsoft package. Training will be provided for internal systems 8x8 and Redsky.
- Ensure that Method Statements integrate with Rhodar standard procedures and Risk Assessments.
- Ensure adherence with all fire and emergency procedures.
- Assist managers in written communication regarding grammar, punctuation, and spelling, ensuring that the companies written standards are met.
About you:
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- An excellent telephone manner.
- IT literate with strong understanding of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills - able to multi-task and re-prioritise at frequent intervals.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Friendly, calm, and professional manner.
- Ability to handle pressure and good time-management.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team.
